Meet Liam, owner and founder of Fitness Rush. Liam prides himself on no nonsense results by applying a no pressure approach to training. He has adapted his methods over the last 12 years of training individuals and has found the most effective way of helping clients surpass their goals at a manageable pace.
Combining strength and cardiovascular training, Liam has developed hundreds of training programmes to make sure each plan is tailored to each and every client. No 2 plans will ever be the same and by using his extensive knowledge, Liam ensures his clients are comfortable and training within their limits whilst reaching every target they set out to hit.
Liam continually proves that Fitness is for everyone and takes away the anxiety of training in gyms by offering an exclusive personal training gym which targets people who just want to succeed.
Fitness isn’t just about looking good, it’s about feeling good inside and out. Being comfortable in your own skin should be the goal we crave, not to look like the airbrushed celebrities on those glossy magazines. “Master yourself, not your selfie”.

Entering the fitness world over 10 years ago through the gym equipment trade and regular keeping fit, I eventually took the step to use my knowledge and knowhow to educate those who simply wanted to better themselves through enhanced health and wellbeing by creating a comfortable training environment for members and clients alike. Fitness Rush (previously known as Just in gyms) has been purposefully built to transform individuals the way they want to be. My unique training styles have been carefully developed through many years of trials and self-education, as well as many qualifications undertaken.
Although my background and specialities point more towards weight loss and muscle definition, my well-rounded aptitude for the industry allows me to adapt to many client’s goals. With my strengths lying within nutritional and exercise planning, it’s no wonder the transformations taking place here are simply breath-taking but don’t take my word for it, listen to them.

Through gaining knowledge in the fitness industry from buying and selling gym equipment and training myself & others, exercise is second nature to me now. I have a great understanding of how the body works, not just through the media of books but carefully studying the bodies movement patterns during exercises to make adjustments and create long lasting transformations. By using the realisation that everybody’s body works and moves in a unique way, I have found it necessary to tailor every single training session to enhance the experience but more importantly the results.
