Since entering the fitness world in 2016, Karl has shown his commitment to fitness and willingness to learn, which has lead him to flourish as a personal trainer and has built up an amazing portfolio of clients to be proud of.
Being self-taught, Karl has gone from strength to strength and has brought his own unique approach to the industry. He has a great following through his transformation results and is ready to not only help Fitness Rush grow but help each and everyone of his clients receive the amazing service they deserve. One of the main reasons for Karl’s involvement with Fitness Rush, is not just his natural talent towards fitness but the fact he shares the same ethos towards gaining naturally fantastic results alongside increased overall well-being.

Karl’s philosophy is centred around clients developing and building positive, long term habits along a sustainable journey. It’s about tailoring exercises and movements to the individual, and providing an education as to how this help them achieve their personal goals. It’s also about having a balance in life to ensure their fitness journey is enjoyable, and that attending & taking part in sessions is not seen as a chore.

I’ve always enjoyed exercise, whether it be to take part in competitive sports, or training towards a personal goal. Through studies and testing various methods over the years, I have developed a unique style of training that’s become very enjoyable, whilst enjoying a healthy balanced lifestyle to ensure a sustainable journey. This has enabled me to work towards and achieve various goals. My passion is now to deliver this to my clients through hard work, whilst at the same time having fun, without the need to sacrifice form & technique by attempting exercises and movements that are ‘out of reach’ or unsafe.

Karl has extensive experience in training clients on a 1-2-1 basis, small groups and also large group sessions. The feedback he has received from clients has been overwhelming and the results are unprecedented.
